Heritage Bourbon Red turkeys are one of the tastiest birds you can find. While heritage birds do not grow quite as large as their broad breasted counterparts, they make up for the difference in flavor! A breed that has been around since the 1800's this is the ideal bird for the holidays. These birds are currently listed on the "Watch" list by the livestock conservancy. Our Bourbon Reds are raised on pasture with opportunities to free range and forage on our property. Born and raised here on our homestead, we ensure our turkeys have a healthy happy life, a quality you can taste the difference in.
