The New Hampshire state flower, the purple lilac is a sign of spring. These beautiful and fragrant flowers have a delicate and sweet but powerful aroma that signifies warmer weather is here. Lilacs are far more than just pretty, they are also flavorful, bringing a unique floral flavor to jellies, syrups and pastries. We pay homage to this beautiful and versatile flower and the home state that we love with our Purple Lilac candle.
Each candle is made with natural soy wax free of all additives and dyes. Our zinc and lead-free wicks are made from braided cotton and paper fibers. We ensure that all of the scents used in our candles are free of harmful chemicals like phthalates. Clean burning, and as natural as possible, our candles are unlike any other.
Each candle is packaged is an elegant black paperboard box.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back until return has been arranged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with a notice of acceptance or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within three business days in the form of a digital gift card.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items that are eligible for return may be eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kayla@twistedhollowhomestead.com and we'll discuss with you exchange options.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only, excluding shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We require all returns and exchanges to be shipped with a tracking number. This is for your safety and ours. You must provide us with the tracking number for your return at the time of shipment back to us.

We ship our products domesticly using USPS priority shipping. Check the top of our website for current turn around times. Please note: shipping times may vary depending on volume of orders and high frequency time periods such as the holiday season.
LOCAL PICKUP
We are now offering local pick up. Residents of Deerfield and surrounding towns can pick up their items from our location Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between the hours of 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Prior arrangement for all pickup orders is required.
